HOW TO ORDER

Please get in touch with me (Rachael) using the contact form or email info@floandburt.co.uk  tel: 07531 051505 with your requirements and I will ring you back as soon as possible. I will always try my best to fit in with your budget and ideas.

To arrange an appointment to come and see me and chat through ideas, please telephone first, thank you.

I would require your:

  • Choice of design, studio or bespoke. If studio, please let me know which design you would like or if bespoke, please let me have as much information as possible.
  • Wedding date
  • When you would require them by
  • How many you would require of each item

STAGES FOR STUDIO STATIONERY

 

PLACING ORDER (MINIMUM ORDER 30)

 

  • After an initial email or chat on the phone I will make sure I have everything you require, and put together a price estimate for you and timescale.
  • If you're happy with the price estimate I would require your wording and a 50% non-refundable deposit for your stationery.
  • Now I can put together a presentation of all your stationery and send a digital file for you to review. Please review this carefully, I can allow for up to 3 amendments, otherwise a £10 charge will be added for each additional change.
  • Once you are totally happy I will create digital proofs ready for print. 
  • This will be the final chance to review everything before sending to print. Please check everything thoroughly, as once it's been sent to print, it cannot be changed without incurring additional charges and may result in your stationery being delayed.
  • Any 'On the day' stationery will be printed at a slightly later date once you've heard back from your guests.

PRINTING

Once everything has been carefully checked and approved your stationery will be printed.

 

HAND-FINISHING

I will carefully hand finish and put together all stationery ready for you to send out to your guests.

 

DELIVERY

Everything will be packaged very carefully and sent to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service or for larger parcels, Parcel Force next day service. I will check your address details and confirm there will be someone in to receive your package. 

REQUEST A SAMPLE

 

If you would like a Sample invitation set please see individual Studio collections to purchase online or email info@floandburt.co.uk

The set includes an invitation, reply card and envelope, held together with a belly band. There would be a small charge of £2.50 (£3.50 for foil print stationery, £1.50 for 'Elegant Flora' invitation), fully refundable with any order placed.

 

 

 

STAGES FOR BESPOKE STATIONERY

 

PLACING ORDER AND CUSTOMISING STATIONERY (MINIMUM ORDER 30)

 

  • After an initial chat on the phone or email, I will send you a price estimate and timescale.
  • If you're happy with the price estimate and wish to proceed I would require a photo (if you require a venue illustration), your wording along with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • If there are any additional costs I will alert you at this stage.
  • Next, I can make up a presentation set of your bespoke stationery and email you a digital proof, along with any samples of ribbon, envelope colour etc.
  • Once you are totally happy I will create digital proofs ready for print.
  • This will be the final chance to review everything before sending to print. Please check everything thoroughly, as once it's been sent to print, it cannot be changed without incurring addititonal charges and may result in your stationery being delayed.
  • Any 'On the day' stationery will be printed at a slightly later date once you've heard back from your guests.

PAYMENT

 

Once you are happy to proceed I would require a 50% non-refundable deposit  prior to any design work being under-taken. The final balance will then be due on approval of the digital proofs before printing.
